To participate, you just need to complete the social tennis form in respect of the first two evenings session before 6 p.m. on Wednesday. Matches for the third session are to be organised at the time by those members who want to play.
We use a WhatsApp Community Group for Thursday night Social Tennis both to send out the booking forms and the schedule notifying players of the matches for the first two sessions. If you aren’t already included in this group and wish to play social tennis on Thursday evenings, then please email - tennis@charltonkingstennisplace.co.uk .
A reserve list will operate if any session is oversubscribed. If a session is initially oversubscribed and space becomes available then priority will be given to any reserve.
Choices made on booking forms may be amended any time before 6 p.m. on Wednesday by clicking on the email confirmation link received when registering.
If, for any reason, a member is unable to attend their allocated session once it has been arranged, they need to message the WhatsApp Group to indicate that their space has become available for another member to stand in.
Members should also notify the WhatsApp Group if they are running late.
Please note that the club does not supply balls for social tennis.
