VCS Support Services Commission Consultation
The Council is committed to maintaining the continued development of a vibrant, independent and sustainable Voluntary and Community sector that will work in partnership with the Council and other partners to ensure the best outcomes for individuals and communities of place, interest and identity in Northumberland.

The Council is now looking ahead and consulting on the future funding for support services for the sector. This will inform the Council’s budget process for 2019/20.

Purpose of this Consultation is to
* find out what you think about the proposals
* identify your priorities and concerns
* help shape the outcomes of the future commissions

The Consultation period will be carried out for 8 weeks from 8th Jan - 2nd March 2018.
There is a supporting document that you should look at in advance of filling in this survey - "Consultation Document on Commissioning the Council’s funding for Voluntary and Community Sector Support Services":

Once the consultation has been completed there will be a report produced, outlining the responses received, and explaining what has been changed as a result. We also expect there may be a number of suggestions/responses that we have not been able to take on board and explanations will be given regarding these. The report will be available online and distributed through networks.

The survey should take around 10 mins to complete then please just press submit on the last page. Many thanks for taking the time to give us your views.
