The Creative Campfire is a day-long event with focus on the diverse leaders in our local industry. The format consists of: panel sessions, keynotes and forum discussions, then culminating in a thrilling pitching competition in the renowned PVP format.

We are seeking speakers for our upcoming 1-day creative follow-up event. Our goal is to showcase the talent and experiences of Games Industry folk living and working here in BC. Let's discover the amazing knowledge right here in our back yard!

Speaker submission closes on Sunday, October 22nd, 2023, with final speaker line up to be confirmed by Sunday, October 29th, 2023.

Some things to keep in mind:
- Keynote presentations are: 20 mins long followed by 10 mins for Q&A
- Panels (3 speakers + moderator) are: 40 mins long followed by 15 mins for Q&A
- We are open to applications from people with any level of speaking experience
