CLA is looking for a dynamic, interested, engaging, and accessible presenters that can convey the practical and the complex to an audience with varying degrees of experience.

The program proposal submission process will be open for about 30 days or until the number of program proposals received exceeds our planned education sessions by two to three times.

CLA Diversity Policy Requirement: For panels with three speakers, there must be at least one non-male speaker and at least one person of color included (Moderators may be speakers if they contribute substantively to the panel). 

Under the CLA Annual Meeting Travel Policy, only non-profit and government employees may be reimbursed for travel expenses. Speakers receive complimentary registration to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting, not including ticketed events.

Annual Meeting Program Submission 

The 2025 Program Schedule will include four education tracks with four to six education sessions in each track for a total of 32 education sessions at 1.25 MCLE credits per session. Few to no education sessions will repeat. Each track is the opportunity to cross-collaborate in programming an education session. 

Following are our proposed education track topics. For broad appeal please check at least two to four topics that best fit the focus of your presentation*.

WHAT will you learn: How AI technology could support a successful outcome in court; improvements to AI
