All of the products & supplies used by Chef it Up 2 Go are 100% peanut and tree nut free. However, Chef It Up 2 Go cannot guarantee that all of the facilities that offer their programs are free entirely of nut products unless they are at a Chef It Up party place. Chef It Up 2 Go takes the utmost precaution when conducting their classes & events and use their own supplies to ensure the safety of the children with food allergies. By checking this box I understand the procedure of Chef It Up 2 Go and will not hold them responsible for any food allergy not reported on this form.
