I accept that the Missouri Auction School Online Program is an updated program and there may be glitches during the course. I accept that Missouri Auction School has made a substantial investment in and makes great efforts to protect the confidentiality of its business methods, instructional programs and other trade secrets that will be revealed during this online auction business and auction chant program. I further understand that the use of Missouri Auction School’s copyrighted materials may not be used to provide educational or informational services without the express written consent of the Missouri Auction School. As a material inducement to the Missouri Auction School to enter into this educational agreement, I agree that I shall not, either directly or indirectly, for myself or as an agent of another, or through others as their agent, engage in, or in any way be connected with an auction school or auctioneer organization to provide educational or informational services. This Agreement shall be governed by the substantive laws of the State of Missouri, and you agree that jurisdiction and venue shall be exclusive in the state court located in Jackson County, Missouri or the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri located in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri. *
