Sierra Cup Classic: November 7, 2020 Registration Form
The Sierra Cup Classic will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2020 and is the premier competitive high school marching band experience in California. With abundant space and parking, our 41,000-seat Bulldog Stadium is the perfect venue for a marching band contest!

Our show utilizes a criteria-referenced system, where a panel of adjudicators will evaluate the following captions: Music Effect, Music Ensemble, Individual Music, Percussion, Visual Effect, Individual Visual, Visual Ensemble, Color Guard/Auxiliaries. Another feature of our show is our use of video cameras to record the judge's view and commentary of your student's performance. This sort of insight is incredibly valuable and powerful, and the Sierra Cup Classic is the only show in the country to offer this level of feedback.

Our adjudicators are some of the best in the business, and are quite active in organizations such as: Bands of America, Drum Corps International, Winter Guard/Percussion International, and Western Band Association.

The format of the Sierra Cup Classic will be a prelims/finals format, with the top ten scoring bands advancing to finals. Class winners that do not place in the top 10 will have performance spots in finals.

Awards for each class will be as follows: Class Placement, High Music, High Visual, High General Effect, High Percussion, High Auxiliary. The Grand Sierra Cup will be awarded to the top scoring band in performance.

A limited number of bands will be accepted in preliminary performance and all performance time slots will be based on the postmark of the full $325 payment (non-refundable, payable to the Friends of the Bulldog Marching Band).
