Call for creatives who exhibit, perform, or demonstrate

HVCA is creating Kaleidoscope 20, a Pop-up celebration of the arts in recognition of our 20th year. In addition to showcasing YOU, this fundraiser will directly support future arts programming at HVCA. We look to artists in all disciplines to participate in this many-faceted montage of events in March, 2019. Open to everyone in and around the Huron Valley community. Form must be submitted no later than February 11. Notice of acceptance and final details will be sent via email by February 18. Visual art will be dropped off to HVCA on February 23 from 10 am -2 pm.

The PopUp Opening will be on FRIDAY, MARCH 1 FROM 7 pm-10 pm.
Additional activities will occur on SATURDAY, MARCH 2 during the day.

I understand that if art/literature is for sale, HVCA will retain 25% of the sales, and that if a performance or workshop demands a fee, that a gate split will apply. Art drop-off Saturday February 23 between 10 am and 2 pm. Special drop off arrangements will be considered upon request. *
