SWAN Project Database - Questionnaire

The SWAN project (Singing with Additional Needs) draws on best practices from different European countries to include people with additional needs in collective singing and is co-funded by the European Union.

One of our SWAN results will be a database that aims at

  • collecting, scaling and promoting best practices
  • making knowledge on this topic internationally accessible
  • providing transnational opportunities for collective singing professionals.

Please fill in this questionnaire if you are running an exemplary project, activity or initiative that uses collective singing for people with additional needs. These additional needs may arise due to disabilities and/or physical or psychological health issues.
We especially focus on projects/activities where singing is used for singers with visual impairments and choirs for cancer patients.
