Your answer
Do you have your own studio to produce your show, or will you initially require training to use our production room? *
Who is the intended audience for your program? How will you market your program to your intended listeners? How will your social networks/community connections serve to grow listenership of your program? *
Your answer
WFNU is a community-based low power FM radio station serving the greater Frogtown area. We produce content that amplifies the voices of our diverse communities.  How does your program help fulfill WFNU’s mission? *
Your answer
While we welcome all prospective programmers, we center and prioritize the voices of people of color, folks who live, have lived, work in, or have a strong connection to the neighborhood/a neighboring community, and others who have traditionally not been represented in mainstream media. Please let us know what connection you have to the neighborhood or why your program would be relevant to the neighborhood. This doesn’t mean that your show has to focus on community issues, but we want to know why your show belongs on WFNU as opposed to another station. *
Your answer
What access to relevant materials do you have? Please be specific about music collections, personal libraries, subscriptions or other resources you currently have access to and would utilize on your show. If you have any previous experience in broadcast, journalism, DJing, technology, community organizing, or other relevant skills, please list them below (note: no prior experience is necessary, this question is for us to get a sense of what kind of support you will need when starting out) *
Your answer
For any further questions please email Omar and Katey, WFNU's station co-managers, at stationmanager@wfnu.org
**Note** Once your proposal is submitted and approved you have 60 days to start the process of working on getting your show started, if for some reason an issue arises where you aren’t able to start your show in 60 days, we have the right to shelf the show until we can revisit the availability of your show and there could be a chance you lose your first choice of date availability!!!
