Coming Back to Life
Welcome to Coming Back to Life: Connection, Grief, and Action for These Times.

This is a space for folks to emotionally process the crises of our shared moment in history, with the ultimate goal of reconnecting and empowering our communities by using practices from “The Work That Reconnects,” an interactive group process developed by Joanna Macy.

During our time together we will move through four stages: Gratitude, Honoring Our Pain for the World, Seeing with New and Ancient Eyes, and Going ForthThis form of group work allows people to transmute and release pain, fear, and grief so we can show up for our ourselves, our families, and our communities with presence and courage.

Sessions are typically held virtually on the third Saturdays of the month from 10 am to noon, and you are welcome to come to as many as you'd like. Every quarter, we will be hosting in-person sessions at Puget Ridge Co-housing (Duwamish land, known as Seattle) from 10am-2pm (in person sessions are indicated below).

This group is co-facilitated by Anna-Brown Griswold and Bex Lipps and co-sponsored by 350 Seattle and Climate Action Families.

It's helpful to know who is coming so that facilitators can plan. Thank you for registering using this form each time you plan to attend.  The zoom link will be emailed to registrants the day before the session
