Statement of Reflection: Please at least answer ONE of the 3 following questions.  You will not qualify for awards if you do not answer at least one question.  Please write your response in full, complete sentences. (Min 150 words; no more than 500 words.)

1. Imagine it is Graduation Day 2025 and you are getting dressed in your cap and gown. You are excited yet reflective about your achievements. Looking back on your years at Minuteman, what would you describe as your most meaningful personal experience and why? 

2. Please describe how you have demonstrated leadership (for example, in academics, your shop, athletics, clubs, among your fellow students) during your time at Minuteman. Provide detail and examples.

3. If you are applying for the Layla Lubin Leadership Award, please answer the following question: 

How have you helped to advance diversity, equity, inclusion and/or belonging for your fellow students during your time at Minuteman? or What steps or actions have you taken to create a diverse, equitable, inclusive, welcoming environment at Minuteman? Please provide detail and examples.
