Beef Quarters, Halves or Wholes: One quarter typically yields 90-100 pounds of finished meat. Beef is $3.99 per pound hanging weight plus processing cost. ‘Hanging weight’ includes bones. The price per pound of packaged meat is approximately $7.50 per lb. after processing depending on the animal and your cut selection.
We ask for a $100 non-refundable deposit on all beef quarter, half and whole animal orders.
