The MCHS Technology Team will utilize the information submitted to this form to actively repair any technology concerns. Please note that throughout the year, staff should notify the technology team (in writing) of any computer, SMARTBoard, or otherwise technical concerns.
If you have any questions regarding this work order, please contact a member of the committee. Concerns reported verbally in passing may not be addressed.
Please be advised, hardware is not able to be repaired by the technology committee. An outside/DOE tech must be contacted.
