Application for Warrior Academy 2022-23
Use this application to apply for Warrior Academy (West Branch virtual school).

Warrior Academy is one way West Branch is providing educational opportunities for our students. Much like our other non-traditional programs, Warrior Academy students must apply and be accepted into the virtual program. THIS PROGRAM WILL HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF STUDENTS ACCEPTED.

Admission into Warrior Academy will be decided by a team comprised of administrators, teachers and/or counselors.

REQUIREMENTS for the application:
1. Students must have a 2.0 (C average) or above and be on track with required credits for graduation.
2. Students should have no more than 3 unexcused absences in the previous semester and/or year, or when applicable, students must have remained on pace in previous online courses.
3. Students must provide an approved documentation with an explanation requesting Warrior Academy.
      a. Approved documentation; signed by a doctor, superintendent, CEO, etc.
      b. All students with a medical excuse must provide a plan of action to improve prognosis and return to school.
4. The completed application must be submitted online by May 20, 2022.
