DSE Hoopers Nations Cup 2026
On 12th and 13th June 2026 it will take place for the 3rd Hoopers Nations Cup at Dog Sport Experience at Spiaggia Romea - Lido delle Nazioni (Ferrara) - Italy.

The formula is the following:

Individual Competition
2 qualifying runs on 12th June (Classic and Hoopers)
2 qualifying runs on 13th June (Speed and Technical)
1 Final run on 13th June (Classic) for the best 60% of individuals

Team Competition
1 run on 12th June (Classic) with a course composed of two sequences for two participants from same Country.

Individual Competition
The DSE Hoopers Nations Cup is divided into two categories according to the height at the withers of the competing dog:
  • Small: for dogs smaller than 43 cm at the withers.
  • Standard: for dogs from 43 cm at the withers onwards.
Both small and standard dogs run the same course under the same rules during the competition but will have two separate classifications.

The DSE Hoopers Nations Cup is divided into 2 classes:
  • Junior (Beginners / H0-H1)
  • Senior (Advanced / H2-H3)
Each participant is free to decide in which class wants to compete.

The individual competition is composed by 4 different runs plus the final.
Each run will be different with different skills and characteristics.

Team Competition
It is enough that one Team Leader registers the team for both participants.

No category subdivision is foreseen in the team competition.
Both small and standard dogs run the same course under the same rules during the competition.
Each team can be composed by either small or standard dogs without any restriction (e.g. 2 smalls, 1 small and 1 standard, 2 standard,)

The team competition is a single Open run Classic style.
The team shall be consistuted by two participants from same Country.
There is no limit of number of teams from same Country.
A dog may only be in one team.
Same handler cannot compose the team alone with two different dogs, two different handlers are necessary.
