Is your child planning to participate in Wesley Palooza 2026 which takes place on Saturday, May 16 on the Wesley Field (doors open at 1:30pm, show starts at 2pm). Please sign up below by Friday, April 10!

Students are allowed to sign up for one solo act AND one group performance OR two group performances. If your child is participating in more than one act, please fill out this form for each act. If your child is participating in a group performance, please confer with the parents/guardians of their fellow group members to ensure that only one form is filled out per act.

A few notes:
**If your child has a self-run business and they would like to be a part of our Student Entrepreneur section of the festival, please indicate that when selecting the "Type of Act," and feel free to include their website information if applicable. They will be allowed to sell their product on site!
**If your child has a Charitable Passion Project that they would like to share, please indicate that when selecting the "Type of Act," and please be sure to include the website information if applicable. They will receive their own table at Palooza to share out this information.
*We will be requiring all acts to submit their rehearsal VIDEOS (and complementary music if applicable) on or before Thursday, April 30. Stay tuned for how to submit once sign-ups close on Friday, April 10.
*All acts will also participate in a final "dress rehearsal" on the actual Palooza stage during the school day on Friday, May 15.
