Dear Parent, Family Member, and/or Guardian,

This survey is intended to gather feedback from you about your scholar's experiences at Rise and your perceptions of our school.  We hope to learn from you what is working well and what we can continue to improve upon.  We also want to learn more about your expectations for our school as we support your child’s development as a STEM scholar. You may take a survey for each of your scholars if you have multiple attending Rise.
