About:
CARE Closet was created to connect patients in active treatment with donations from other breast cancer patients, survivors, thrivers who no longer need their items. We are proudly funded by the Women's Fund of Hawaii and the Cachola Clinic!
How it Works:
This form allows you to request for items. Check off the items you would like to request, and BCH will contact you within 1-3 business days to coordinate delivery. Some items will be mailed and some will be delivered in person, depending on certain logistics, such as the size of the item.
**All items are properly sanitized before they are given to recipients**
***Please note that items are not guaranteed. All requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis***
