Stuytown is a large complex located in the heart of the East Village. The complex begins at 14th street and 1st ave, runs north to 20th street and as far east as Ave C. There are many apartments available and are all renovated with the same exact floorpan. There are two types of finishes of a Stuytown apartment. Classic, which has light wood floors and white kitchen appliances, and modern, which have darker wood floors and stainless steel appliances. Modern is typically more expensive, although the quality and layout of the apartment are identical.

The pricing of the units starts as follows (rooms ordered in how you see in the videos):Room 1: 10 x 12 - $1400 Room 2: 9 x 14 - $1425Room 3: 12 x 15 - $1575
**Keep in mind that prices vary depending on the season and the exact location within Stuytown. We will always quote you on the exact price and locations of available units that fit within everyone's budget and move date before applying for a lease!
Each building has laundry and elevators. The apartments always come equipped with a dishwasher and microwave already built into the kitchens, and each bedroom has an AC already installed in the window as well. Another perk about Stuytown is that they only charge $26 per person/month for all utilities so you can run your AC's all summer long and never pay more than $26 a month! The only extra utility a month would be internet.
The complex is also very nice- lots of trees, parks, and cafes! In the summer they even have movie nights on the park (they call the "Oval) and farmers markets. It's a very neighborhood type of feeling. There is also 24/7 security that patrols the area and lots of security cameras.
These apartments are also pet friendly! And 99% of the time the landlord covers our service/brokers fee! We also do have some rooms available in already established apartments. If you rent one of those rooms (where you don't have to sign a lease) then there is a one month fee.
