WSCF Teen Leadership Application
The Warm Springs Care Farm (WSCF) Teen Leadership Academy recruits and trains teenagers to mentor and lead barn club children ages 5 to 12.  Teen leaders volunteer up to 2 days a week from 3:45pm to 5:30pm. Barn Club runs the second week of school through December 1. Then it starts again Feb 1 and runs until mid May.
They help set up, run, and clean up barn club. They meet monthly to bond with their teammates and learn about how to become effective leaders.  This year, monthly meetings will focus on self awareness, leadership styles, communication, conflict resolution, redirecting negative behavior, and support other social emotional needs of teens. Leadership positions will also be available for teens who show interest in leading the leaders. Please fill out this form if you are interested in serving as a teen leader at WSCF this year:
