Use this form to request a SWEAT membership pause or cancellation.

Pauses are 30 to 60 days and memberships can be paused a maximum of two times per calendar year. Access is paused during this time and your membership will automatically resume.

Cancellations require 30 days notice. This means one final payment may occur after your request and your membership will remain active through the end of your final billing period.

After you submit, our team will confirm your exact billing, end, or resume dates by email within 2 to 3 business days.
