Lunch Survey May 26 to May 29
Dear FASD Families,

1. Please fill out the survey accurately. The survey will be posted on the district website each Friday afternoon for the following week as well as in an email to families. You will receive a return email with your choices.
2. Parents will also be able to go to your returned email to make changes to the daily/weekly “order” because your needs may have changed. Please make those changes at least by 9:00 am of the day of service.
3. To make changes please click on "edit response" on your return email and resubmit. Parents do not need to fill out a new survey.
4. “Main entrees” will be listed as to let students know what to expect.
5. The pick up will remain the same. We will to continue to be set up in the east parking lot off of Hwy 55 by the Agri-science wing of the high school. Serving from 11:00 to 12:30.

Please be mindful of which day(s) you have selected as to prevent over production.
