BGI Europe Seminars® Use of eNotes and Image Content License Agreement, and,  Use of Trademark and or Copyright material permission of use request form.
BGI Europe Seminars® License Agreement
Subscriber’s access to and use of eNote(s) (“eNote(s)”) on BGI Europe Seminars® Website, Social Media, HTML 5 platforms is subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement (“Agreement”) below

1. License.

a. Grant. BGI Europe Seminars® hereby grants Subscriber a worldwide non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to view from a mobile device and/or access online the eNote(s) via FlipSnack HTML . The eNote(s) consists of  BGI Europe Seminars® owned and/or licensed content on select topics. Subscriber is licensed to use content made available to Attendee in the eNote(s), Social media and Website (“Content”) solely but not limited to  the regular course of BGI Europe Seminars® Chiropractic courses and other research and related work. If BGI Europe Seminars® loses the right to offer any eNote Content, discontinues the SaaS licenses, or is otherwise unable to offer eNote(s) Content, BGI Europe Seminars® may terminate Subscriber’s access to the eNote(s), Content including images, notes and annotations. At BGI Europe Seminars® sole discretion and using commercially reasonable practices, BGI Europe Seminars® may provide the Content in another media format. BGI Europe Seminars®, at its sole discretion may update Subscriber to a more recent version of the eNote(s) Content if necessary to maintain access.

b. Updates. License for eNote(s) that are not updated or for which Attendee  did not purchase a license for
updates, includes continuing access to the eNote(s) version ordered through BGI Europe Seminars® website. Online (browser based) access to eNote(s) will be available for one week from the date access is made available. License for eNote(s) that are updated includes continuing access to the most current version of each edition of the eNote available during the term of attendee’s license. Online access will remain available for one week following the end of the term.

c. Permitted Use Attendee may:
(i) use, browse, and search the Content;
(ii) quote and excerpt from the Content by electronic cutting and pasting or other means into Attendee’s
work product created in the regular course of its research and work (“Work Product”);
(iii) print and make copies of insubstantial portions of the Content (“Copied Content”) for distribution to
third parties with both written and electronic link attribution to BGI Europe Seminars® .
d. Limitations. Attendees may not copy, download, print, scrape, store, publish, transmit, re-transmit, transfer,
distribute, disseminate, broadcast, circulate, sell, resell or otherwise use by printed, electronic or image transfers of the Content, or any portion of the Content, in any form or by any means, except
(i) as expressly permitted by this Agreement, (ii) with BGI Europe Seminars® prior written
permission, or (iii) as permitted under the fair use provision of the EU Directive Articles 53(1), 62 and 114 and where applicable Copyright Act (17 U.S.C.A. § 107). Content shall not be stored or used in an archival database or other searchable database except as expressly permitted by this Agreement or as quoted with attribution in Attendee’s Work Product. Except as otherwise permitted in this Agreement, Attendee shall not sell, license, sublicense or distribute Content (including printouts) to third parties or use Content as a component of or as a basis for any material offered for sale, license or distribution. License code(s) shall be used
only by the Attendee; sharing of license code(s) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
f. Rights in Content. Except for the license granted in this Agreement, all right, title and interest in Content, in
all languages, formats and media throughout the world, including all copyrights, are and will continue to be the
exclusive property of BGI Europe Seminars®  and other contributors (“Contributors”) of Content.

2. Technical Requirements. In order to view eNotes offline attendees are required to complete a request form below, Attendees will be required to use BGI Europe Seminars® website of SaaS affiliate FlipSnack.
Internet access is required to access the eNotes online and to synchronize notes and annotations.

3. _eNotes Access. Subscriber may create notes and annotations throughout the eBook which will be web hosted by BGI Europe Seminars® and/or Flipsnack and will be accessible by Attendees pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability. BGI Europe Seminars®, eNOTES AND CONTENT ARE
PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OMISSIONS, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS
AND DELAYS. WEST AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO
ATTENDEE FOR ANY CLAIM(S) RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THEIR
PERFORMANCE HEREUNDER, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER BASED IN
CONTRACT OR NEGLIGENCE. IN NO EVENT SHALL CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE TO
SUBSCRIBER FOR ANY CLAIM(S) RELATING TO ATTENDEE'S INABILITY OR FAILURE TO
PERFORM RESEARCH OR RELATED WORK OR TO PERFORM SUCH RESEARCH OR OTHER
WORK PROPERLY OR COMPLETELY OR WILL CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

5. Responsibility for Certain Matters. Attendee shall be responsible for all access to and use of eNotes by
means of Attendee’s electronic device,equipment or Attendee’s license code(QR), whether or not Attendee has knowledge of or authorizes such access and use.

BGI Europe Seminars® will grant limited permission of use of the trademark and copyright registered materials as it pertains to Bio-Geometric Integration® Europe Seminars teaching syllabus, website content, images and trademark placement on products.  The proceeds from the licensing fees collected are allocated into the Sue Brown D.C. (Scholarship) Fund which offers grants of financial support in the name of the licensee to, "evolving the future of Chiropractic®," by offering grants of financial support in the name of the licensee to Chiropractic Students worldwide who do not have the financial means to attend BGI Europe Seminars®.
