NKBA & IDS 2020 Product Showcase Vendor Registration
NKBA PUGET SOUND & IDS SEATTLE INVITE YOU TO REGISTER FOR THE 2020 PRODUCT SHOWCASE.

WHAT: Showcase your company on a virtual platform and broadcast through NKBA & IDS in the PNW.

THE GOAL: High exposure for vendors to show products and interact in an exciting, learning atmosphere with local designers, builders, architects & other NKBA & IDS industry professionals, including other local organizations.

DATE: Tuesday, 10/27 and Wednesday, 10/28, 2020

TIME: Vendor time slots TBD. The Virtual Product Showcase will run throughout both days, in 30 minute time slots, per Vendor. NKBA & IDS will schedule your 30 minute time slot prior to the event. If you have more than one Vendor that you represent, multiple registrations and time slots are available.

PLATFORM: Virtual (Hosted by NKBA & IDS via Zoom Webinar)

COST: $100/ Vendor for NKBA and/or IDS members. $150/ Vendor for non-NKBA and/or non-IDS members.

LOGISTICS: As a Vendor, you will receive the following:
• Twenty-five minutes of focused time in front of attendees. This will include 15-20 minutes of Product Spotlight followed by 5-10 minutes of live audience Q&A. The Product Spotlight will be hosted as a panel interview style with integration of provided Vendor slides. There are 5 minutes reserved for transitions between Vendors.

• Promotional marketing materials provided by NKBA & IDS. This will include a PDF Product Showcase flyer and Vendor specific images for social media promotion.

• NKBA & IDS handle the logistics for a seamless Product Showcase with simple integration for Vendors.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Last day to register to be a Vendor is Wednesday, 9/9. Sign up early to guarantee your spot.

PAYMENT: Hannah Tiffany, CKBD, will contact you for payment once registration is complete.

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS/MATERIALS: Once Vendor registration and payment are complete, NKBA & IDS will follow up with link to submit Material Packet needed for Product Showcase. Material Packet will be due back by Friday, 9/25.

MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS: If you are registering for more than one 30 minute time slot, please complete this form for each Vendor Product registration. (Example: Manufacturer's rep company registering different Vendors)

Raffle prizes will be awarded after Product Showcase but attendee must be present at your Product Spotlight Session to win.
Once registration and payment are complete, you will receive a link to submit your Material Packet. More details will be provided. However, the Material Packet submission will include uploads for your Vendor slides, poll questions, logo, headshot, etc. Do you understand that you MUST complete and submit Material Packet by Friday, 9/25? Failure to complete Material Pack may result in not participating in the 2020 Product Showcase. *
