Camp DeBenneville Registration                            Oct 4-6, 2024 Camp Weekend
NOTICES:  
1) Each camper will be given an individual or family emergency medical information form upon arrival at camp and will need to fill that out in order to finalize their registration. 
2) Complete pre-reg and pay in full by Sunday 8/4 to receive an early bird discount! ($10 per person). Final payments due by Sunday 9/22.
3) Cabin assignments are made to meet the needs of as many people as possible. Families are not required to share a room with others, but may be asked to do so if attendance is high. If coming alone, you will most likely be in a shared room. Final cabin assignments will be given at camp check-in.

Photo/Media/Email: By registering, I acknowledge that I understand that photos and/or video may be taken of me and/or my family (including children and youth) during the activities at Camp deBenneville’s Retreat.The group photo may be posted on the UU congregation websites; other photos may be shared with registered and prospective campers only. If it is important to you not to have your photos posted, please let us know. Your email address is given to Camp de Benneville so they may contact you about future camps.

Covid-19: Camp management requires that every camper take a rapid response Covid-19 test before driving to camp. You will be asked to show/confirm your negative Covid test results at check-in. Please do not come to camp if you have a positive Covid-19 test or you feel unwell.

Is anyone in your party interested in using the hot tub. We need to alert the camp beforehand if we want the hot tub to be heated and available for use. *
Scholarship Donation Amount (optional)
Scholarship Request: Discounts are based on available resources, your ability to volunteer, your needs, and are provided by your congregation. This request is private, if not provided on this form, please submit by 9/4. Scholarship recipients are expected to help with activities or host an activity during the weekend.
