We will supply a space approx 1.5m squared with a table and two chairs. As a valued stall holder that you are responsible for:- supplying your own additional equipment - hanging racks etc, - the set up and pack down of the stall.- Doors open for StallHolders at 5pm - for the audience at 6pm.
We request you sign in at the door on arrival and make your payment of $40 a table, which includes free entry for 2 people to staff the stall. You may also pre-purchase a StallHolder Entry on our website at www.FreeSpiritDanceCommunity.com. We also request that you be fully set up before 6pm when doors open and stay open until the end of intermission at the least - you are welcome to remain open for the duration of the event.Please do not sell perishable food items unless you are equipped to do so.No drinks of any kind are to be sold - the venue is licenced.Thank you!
