Young Friends Midwinter 2019 Retreat Registration
This form is to register for the January 18-21 Young Friends midwinter retreat at Woolman Hill in Deerfield, Massachusetts. The retreat theme is "Racial Justice".

Arrivals begin at 6pm on Friday and end of retreat pick-up is between 11:30 and noon on Monday.

The purpose of Young Friends retreats is to create a space where high school age youth can experience time spent in community, to explore the Quaker faith & its practices, and to engage with the retreat theme. In order to honor this purpose, we ask that all participants come ready to connect respectfully with others in the group and to participate in the structured activities designed to support these connections. We also ask that participants share in the chores that make the retreat possible and do not engage in activities that negatively impact the physical or emotional safety of other participants. Participants should not use drugs or alcohol or engage in sexual activity during the retreat.

This retreat is pay-as-led meaning there is no set fee and families can contribute as their budgets allow. We accept cash or check (made out to NEYM) at the time of the retreat.

You will not receive a confirmation email after submitting this form. About ten days before the retreat you will receive an email with details and carpooling information. If we need an updated health/emergency contact form from you, the coordinator will contact you at that time.

If you have additional questions about the retreat or if your plans change, please contact the Young Friends coordinator, Nia Thomas (Nia@neym.org)

Please use one form per Young Friend.
