***FOR MONETARY DONATIONS (Donations in the form of USD)
We take donations through Zelle only. Our Zelle contact is +19513223165. 

Please submit your First and Last name below and e-mail us at (suppliesforhumanity@gmail.com) once you have sent your donation! Please send an email because we will not check this form otherwise.

If you are a student looking for community service hours in return for a monetary donation we will coordinate that information via email! 
***FOR IN-KIND DONATIONS (Donations in the form of non-perishable food, clothing, toys, etc) 

We can only take in-kind donations from registered volunteers. Since we only take donations in regards to our upcoming donation-events, all information for in-kind donations is streamlined to our active volunteers. Please complete the application linked to our website and send us an email at (suppliesforhumanity@gmail.com) once you have completed your application. We will coordinate with you via email regarding next steps.
