The Islamabad Farmers’ Market is in extremely high demand but has a limited amount of vendor tables. Please complete the ENTIRE form to be considered.

This application is in three parts: Vendor information, Product information, and Quality Assessment. Here is the required information you will need:
- Vendor Information: contact info (including email), Tax number
- Product information: list of products, packaging info, reseller info, organic and sustainability explanation, labor information
- Quality assessment: details about production practices including location, ingredients, as well as water and electricity conservation

You also need to submit a processing fee of RS 1100 online or via Bank Transfer at the end of the process.

This quality Assessment is a mandatory requirement for ALL vendors participating in the market. It is a series of questions and a potential assessment visit (charges are Rs1000/hour including transport time) if required.
The questions are based on the UN Food and Agriculture Organization's Sustainability Assessment of Food and Agriculture Systems (SAFA) (See Video at ). It needs to be answered with as much information and details as possible.
These not only help us understand your set-up better, but we also advise to use it as a self- assessment tool. Based on the answers, a sustainability rating or percentage is given. This helps consumers know more about who they are buying from, the producer, and the overall standard of the market.
