1) Have you got questions? See the web site and head to the Membership tab, you find a new document that tells you everything you need to know
2) Please DO NOT log into the SLSGB and join, you may end up paying twice
3) Please pay your annual fee OR your first monthly payment by 31 January 2024
4) If you are joining as a master/senior and are joining kids up who are under 16 you do not also need to join as a parent member

We tried to combine this as one form per family, and couldn't! So make a cup of tea and thank you for taking the time to complete this form accurately, one form per person.
