Langley High School Marching Band Registration for Fall 2025
This form is to be filled out by a parent/legal guardian and is REQUIRED for all marching band members, including color guard. Responses are due by Saturday, June 28, 2025.

  In the following sections you will be asked to provide:
  * contact info
  * show T-shirt sizing (all students receive one automatically)
  * logo shorts sizing (students will not automatically receive a new pair of shorts. If students need new shorts, they must purchase them. All marchers need at least one pair of logo shorts.)
  * ordering information for extra show T-shirts and logo shorts (optional)
  * ordering information for  "Band Parent" t-shirts (optional)
  * volunteering interests
  
NEW FOR 2025: You will be billed for shoes or extra clothing from the LHSBA Quickbooks account. Please note: a separate marching band fee, split into two parts totaling approximately $515, will be payable via MySchoolBucks beginning in July.
