If you are a group or large family, please complete the form for each volunteer or contact Kaitlyn directly. For smaller groups, submitting one response, we ask that you enter the names of all volunteers (in 'other' section) so we can properly account for all volunteers and appropriately assign positions.

Please check all areas you are willing and able to volunteer. Upon reviewing all responses closer to event date (7-10 days prior), we will reach out with additional details regarding time, volunteer area assigned, and instructions. All volunteers will be accepted.

If you are interested in volunteering for the whole day/multiple shifts, please select 'other' and make note of that.

Cooking, parking, and activities during the event are performed by other civic groups in the county. If you are interested, please select 'other', type the activity interested in, and we can help direct you to those organizations.

Set Up Friday (12th) before event 4:30pm - 6:30pm (pizza served at 6:00pm) - put up fencing and signs, set-up tables and chairs, prepare serving areas, etc.

*FULL* Dining Area Set-Up 5:30am -7:00am - wipe down tables & chairs, apply tablecloths, set tables (butter, syrup, napkins, etc.)

*FULL* Serving Line 7:00am-9:30am - serve food/ice cream/beverages to attendees

Serving Line 9:30am-12:00pm - serve food/ice cream/beverages to attendees

*FULL* Table Service 7:45am-9:45am - wipe tables, refill napkins and syrup, assist diners, help to provide pleasant dining experience

*FULL* Bounce Area 7:30am-10:00am - help kids entering/exiting the bounce house and bounce cow area

Trash Collection 9:00am-10:45 am - remove full bags from bins and replace bag, pick-up misc. garbage that did not make it to the trash, maintain a tidy grounds, etc.

Clean Up 12:00pm-3:00pm - all hands on deck for everything that needs to be done including stacking tables/chairs, loading trailers, cleaning, etc.
