 Amateur Player Registration/Re-Registration Form – (Men's UNDER 30 League)  

Location: 1600 Enterprise Drive, Building 52, Kingston, NY  12401
Two turf fields, fully netted.

Dates: Jan: 9,16,23,30 Feb: 6,13,20,27 March 13,20, 2022
Games are 54 minutes and 5 v 5 including a goalkeeper.

Player Fees: $120 per player
Roster size: minimum 5,  maximum 10.

Checks: Make checks payable to KASL and send to P.O. Box 6384, Kingston, NY 12402
Venmo: @KASLSoccerforms  - When paying by Venmo you will find us under business accounts. Please include your league and name of player in the "What's it For" when registering (e.g. Women's League, Men's Over 30 League etc.)

Other information:
- No roster changes after the third week of play.
- Non-rostered players CANNOT play.
- Referees will be provided for each game.
- All Boy's High School games will be held on Sundays starting at 10AM
