If you wish to speak on a matter concerning Johnstown town government that is not on the printed agenda, please complete this form for submission to the Town Clerk BEFORE the Town Council meeting begins.

3. If you plan on being on the Remote Town Council meeting call, please limit your comments to 3 minutes and be prepared to speak when the Mayor calls your name.
4. If you note that you would like the host to read your comment, then your comment will be read on your behalf during the Town Council meeting.
