We're thrilled you're applying to join our team for an amazing year of learning and service in our communities. Whether you're a returning alumni or a first-timer, we have a few questions for you! 

Once you submit this form, we'll schedule a brief phone or in person interview at your school. If accepted, you will be informed of the next steps for you and your parent/guardian. 

Before you begin, please keep the following in mind:

1. Have your parent or guardian give you permission to apply! 

2. Changeist programming happens in person on Saturdays, beginning January 10, 2026 and ending on June 27, 2026 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. 

3. Family Orientation is mandatory and will be in December 13, 2025. Please plan to attend with a parent/guardian.

4. You must be available on Saturdays for the entire time, or it will be difficult to graduate and benefit fully from this experience. If you have a conflicting commitment, please let us know your circumstances, and we'll see if we can work something out for you.  

5. Eligibility: Changeist is for young people in 6th to 12th grade. 

This application form is for all new and returning youth who want to participate in Changeist.
