The Amal Career-Prep Fellowship is an intensive leadership program developed out of Stanford University that helps develop the skills and mindsets for students to excel in their job-search and professional careers. The program is subsidized by 75% with support from our donors; the total subsidized fee is Rs. 15,000 payable in 3 monthly installments of Rs. 5,000 each. Those who cannot afford this fee may apply for financial assistance and if approved, will be required to pay a one-time commitment fee of Rs. 4,000 only.
Admitted fellows will be required spend a total of 12-15 hours per week on weekly projects and attending online sessions on both Saturdays and Sundays for 12 weeks.
