Union summer interns will work with a diverse group of people in individual and team settings. You will work with people from a variety of ethnic, political and class backgrounds and on issues ranging from immigration, climate justice, workers rights, racial justice. Can you describe your skills in working working with a diverse group of people and issues?

Union Summer will take place from approximately 06/26- 08/04. Interns will typically work Tuesday-Saturday for a total of (not to exceed) 40 hours a week. Union Summer can involve long days and a schedule that can requires last minute changes. This is often what working in social justice / non-profits / politics is like, we are looking for applicants who are flexible, adaptable and committed. Please describe any barriers you have to this type of schedule (for instance family commitments, other jobs, school, etc)
