Velocity Baseball Tryout Waiver Agreement

You are the parent or legal guardian of the child participating in the Velocity Baseball tryout.

You give permission for your child to participate in the tryout hosted by Velocity Baseball and held at facilities operated by All In Sports.

You understand and accept that participation in athletic activities involves a risk of injury.

You agree that neither Velocity Baseball nor All In Sports, including their staff, coaches, volunteers, or affiliates, shall be held liable for any injury, accident, or incident that may occur during or as a result of your child’s participation in the tryout.
