Bunny Adoption Form

Submitting this form indicates that you have read over our Before You Buy Sheet and that you agree to read our Care Guide before taking your bunny home. You understand that Houston Rabbits and More is not responsible for your bunny's health, or costs associated with your bunny's health, once your bunny leaves our care.

Bunny Care

Check each box to agree with the statement next to it.

I understand I cannot bathe my bunny.

I understand my bunny can be severely injured in the event that he/she is not held correctly, or in the event of a fall.

I understand my bunny must receive plenty of hay, water and the appropriate amount of pellets.

I understand my bunny will be at risk of death in extreme heat. If my bunny will be living outdoors, I will provide adequate air circulation, fresh water and shade.

I agree to never neglect or abuse my bunny. Houston Rabbits and More will gladly take your bunny back or assist to the best of our ability to help rehome your bunny should you no longer be able to keep your bunny.

I understand Houston Rabbits and More will not be responsible for my bunny once the bunny is in my care. I will read the information on the Care Guide Page.

Sales Policy

Check each box to agree with the statement next to it.

I understand to reserve a bunny, a deposit must be placed. Deposits cannot be transferred to another bunny. Deposits are not refundable unless something happens to the bunny while in the care of Houston Rabbits and More.

I understand a the remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of pickup. I understand the remaining balance can be paid in cash the day of pickup or electronic payment at least 5 days prior to pickup.

I understand my bunny must be picked up on the agreed date. By not doing this, my deposit is forfeited and the bunny will be made available UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE.

I understand if I purchase my bunny without a pedigree, I will not breed my bunny .

I understand my bunny does not come with a pedigree unless otherwise stated. HRM does not sell Mini Plush Lops with pedigree to anyone living in Texas.
