BASS 2017 Application Form
Please fill out the following application to the best of your abilities. Bay Area Solidarity Summer (BASS) is open to 18-23 year olds of South Asian heritage. You must be able to attend all five days of BASS camp, which will run August 10-14, 2017.

Space is limited! Apply by April 1, 2017.

Have fun with this application! Don’t worry about trying to write too much. We don’t care about perfect grammar or spelling — we just want to get a sense of who you are and what you want to get out of this experience. Only members of the BASS organizing collective this year and in future years will have access to the information submitted through this form.

We ask $50 for 5 days of food, instruction, and housing (thanks to the generous support of our community)

Will attending BASS cause loss of income, and therefore be an economic hardship?
We may be able to work with applicants to help offset that loss through stipends, etc.
If selected, I will arrive on time, stay all 5 days, participate in discussions, and help create a sense of community.
