Voices of Black Women in Development
We are tired! Enough is enough! We BLACK women are amazing and it's time for us to DEMAND what we deserve and are entitled to.There are FAR too many black women working in international development and incessantly being subjected to and having to tolerate the WORST treatment and micro-and-macro aggressions in the form of:

1. Being underpaid
2. Not being placed in HIGH positions of leadership
3. Not having the same access to funding as our white counterparts
4. Blatant disrespect in the workplace (all kinds of rude comments)

The list goes on...it's frustrating and it's time to take ACTION!
