Auburn Enlarged City School District Reasonable Assurance Form
This form shall serve as notice that you are included on our list assuring you of continued employment as a Subsititute for the Auburn Enlarged School District, for the 2017-2018 school year. We anticipate there will be as much work for your position during the 2017-2018 school year as was available in the 2016-2017 school year.

Please be advised that your name is on an electronic registry maintained by this office. This registry was used to grant you access to assignments during the 2016-2017 school year and will continue to be used in the 2017-2018 school year. This includes automated telephone assignments, web/internet assignments, and administrator initiated assignments. In addition, based upon this registry, you may also receive assignments directly from any of our schools. You will receive calls in the same manner as in the 2016-2017 school year due to the continued need for a Subsitute with substantially the same economic terms and conditions that were offered. If your availability for assignments remains the same in the 2017-2018 school year, your expected earnings in the upcoming year will be no less than 90% of the 2016-2017 school year.

For Schools who use a priority list for the weeks after Christmas, Mid-Winter and Spring breaks:
If you work during the week prior to any vacation and/or holiday recess during the 2016-2017 school year, your name will be placed on a priority list of substitutes for the week immediately following the vacation or holiday recess.
