2021 Blue Valley North Boys Basketball Summer Camp Registration Form
Join the Blue Valley North High School Boys’ Basketball staff and players for a week of fundamentals, offensive and defensive drills, contests and scrimmage games. This camp will allow the players the opportunity to build their skills and help them become a complete basketball player.

**Grades are for the 2021-2022 school year and all sessions located at Blue Valley North**

Date: Monday, June 7 to Thursday, June 10
Grades 10-12: 9:00-11:00am Grades 8 and 9: 11:15am-1:15pm

Date: Monday, June 14 to Thursday, June 17
Grades 3-5: 9:00-11:00am Grades 6 and 7: 11:15am-1:15pm

Date: Monday, July 12 to Thursday, July 15
Grades 3-5: 9:00-11:00am Grades 6-8: 11:15am-1:15pm

Cost: $80 for one session. $140 for 2 sessions **This cost includes a camp t-shirt**

Registration Deadline- May 28. **No camp t-shirts will be given for registrations received after May 28**
Due to Covid protocols we have a limit to how many campers can attend each session. Once we reach that limit we will close the camp and no more will be allowed to register- that includes walk ups the day of the camp. We encourage you to enroll early.
