2023-24 Digital Equity Survey

Dear VS30 Parents/Guardians,

The New York State Education Department requires all school districts to annually administer a very brief Digital Equity Survey. The purpose of the required survey is to provide NYSED with basic statistics about students' access to devices and internet service in their places of residence. The state requests that parents/guardians complete a separate survey for each child enrolled in the district. Please submit your response(s) by December 15, 2023.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us meet this state requirement.
