Volunteer Interest Form 2026
We're so glad that you're interested in being a part of this years CI +/- Volunteer Team!

What the Role Entails:  We will have 2 volunteer shifts every day of the festival (Morning 8:30-12:30, Afternoon 12:30-4:30) with an additional shift some evenings (starting at 6:30 with a flexible end time). We ask that you commit to attending the pre festival training if possible (we will make a Zoom option possible for greater accessibility) and to commit to entire shifts if possible, during which you will also be able to attend classes. You will be supported by the Volunteer Coordinator and the Steering Committee liaison so will never be the only person on your shift. We will gratefully receive your help with the following tasks:
  • Checking folks in at the front door
  • Helping to set the space up in the morning
  • Helping to clean up, clear out, and close up between 4 and 4:30pm for the night
  • Maintaining the space during your shift (refilling toilet paper, empty trash, adjusting the ac)

Volunteer Exchange:
  •  In exchange for your time we will offer various discounts on tickets to the festival. 5 shifts equals a free All -In pass and 3 will get you a 50% discount on the All-In pass (at whatever sliding scale rate is accessible for you). A single shift will get you access to the classes or jams offered during that shift.

If you have any questions or this form isn’t accessible for you in any way, please reach out to our Steering Committee Volunteer Liaison. Your Volunteer Coordinator for the festival will be reaching out to schedule you in the coming weeks and will be your point person for questions during the festival.
