Game ChangeHer Nomination Form
Please use this form to nominate women of your choice to the Game Change(HER) program. You may nominate more than one person. You may also self-nominate.

For the past 23 years, CWLI has provided high quality professional development to hundreds of women seeking to improve their leadership capabilities. Launched in 2008 as Women Mentoring Women, this leadership and professional development program is getting a face lift for 2019. Women Mentoring Women will now be Game ChangeHer, a program that will offer a combination of personal and professional development topics that will strengthen the skills and abilities of women and provide them with the tools to serve as effective mentors and leaders in the Chattanooga community.

Game ChangeHer participants will learn the skills needed to mentor and develop other women in community and business leadership roles while also participating in a journey of self-discovery. The program is designed for women in ALL stages of life, whether you are new to the workforce or retired. Participants will meet bi-weekly for 16 sessions from August 2019 - May 2020, and have the privilege of hearing presentations from a variety of the most prominent female leaders in Chattanooga.

We believe it is our responsibility to advance servant leadership as a core component of the program. We desire for the women of CWLI to conduct themselves as “stateswomen” who understand their obligation to work in and improve the community in which they live. Game ChangeHer has an added component of real-time mentorship in partnership with CGLA. Participants from CWLI will be paired in mentoring groups with the 8th Grade Class of CGLA in which they will convey the material they learned in their sessions to the 8th Graders. Topics include but are not limited to, Generational Mentoring, Effective Listening & Communication, Expanding Leadership through Relations, Personal Branding and more.
