108 Vine and Plantstay are indie micro retail shops in Gainesville with a beautiful vibe, a heartspace centered on service, and a love of community. We want to be the antithesis to the big box experience and it all starts with our amazing team.
The right people to join us are are driven and enjoy active work. They love talking to people, love Gainesville, and are passionate about plants, coffee, and all things local. They want to engage customers in the shop and answer questions and suggest solutions. The ideal person thrives in an environment where you do lots of different things throughout the week.
Being retail shops, weekends are our busiest time so weekend availability is required.
