Vendor Request - Horror at the Fort; Philadelphia Ghost Fest 2017
Please use the below form to reserve a vendor table. Cost is $10 per table with 1 admission. Additional admissions can be purchased for $8 per person. Each vendor is responsible for providing their own table, chair and popup tent (if needed). Electricity may be available for additional fee. All reservations must be received by Sept 5, 2017.

Set up is 11:30 am.
Event runs 12pm - 5pm

Once your reservation is submitted, you will get a confirmation email from rebecca@theshadowsradio.com with payment information. Payment must be received no later than Sept 10. Payment will only be accepted via PayPal. (Non-pre-paid vendors who still want to attend the event must pay in cash at a table cost of 25$ plus $10 per admission)
