ACS Family Survey for the 2020 School Entry Plan
The ACS Remote/Virtual Learning & School Entry Team are planning for the 20-21 school year and need your input.  As a NC Public Charter School, we will be required to follow what the Governor and the State mandates for ALL Public Schools.  We are evaluating the three plans identified by the NC Department of Public Instruction and the NC Department of Health and Human Services.  We are developing alternative plans under each scenario to ensure the safety of our students and staff, in addition to meeting the academic and social-emotional needs of our students.  Please complete the survey below to help inform and guide some of our decisions.  This survey asks personal and health related questions, however we are not using names or other identifying information.  This survey will only be used to understand our population as a whole and not to address specific student needs. Thank you for helping us plan for the future. Please submit your response by July 4, 2020.
